My name is Shadae Renee and I am a seasoned beauty entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the industry. As a licensed cosmetologist and proud graduate of Howard University with a degree in Business Marketing, I've always believed in blending creativity with strategic vision to make magic happen.

For more than 10 years, my salon has been a haven where clients don't just leave looking fabulous—they leave feeling empowered. I specialize in non-surgical hair replacement, believing that every woman deserves to feel stunning every single day. My passion for empowering women doesn't stop there; I'm deeply committed to helping those who have experienced hair loss regain their confidence and sense of self.

But my journey doesn't end with the salon chair. I'm a serial entrepreneur at heart, having dabbled in various ventures including Airbnb hosting, running a wig making school, and curating Heir Box—a self-care subscription box designed to uplift and inspire.

Now, as I embark on a new chapter, I'm excited to share my wealth of knowledge and experience as a full-time educator and consultant for beauty brands. From my own successes and challenges, I've paved the way for others in the industry, and it's my mission to continue empowering fellow entrepreneurs to reach their highest potential.
